Site Engineers
• Location: Nationwide (with potential for international projects)
•Job Type: Full-time
•Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure project delivery meets quality and timeline standards.
•Collaborate with architects, structure engineers , subcontractors, and project managers to manage daily operations.
•Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Solve technical issues on-site and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in site management or engineering roles.
•Strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety standards, and project management.
•Willingness to travel and work at different project locations, both locally and abroad.
Business Developers
• Location: Nationwide (with potential for international expansion roles)
•Job Type: Full-time
•Key Responsibilities:
•Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
•Develop and execute strategies to secure tender projects in the construction and design sectors.
•Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Research and analyze market trends to support business growth.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
•Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the construction industry.
•Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Experience with tender processes and an understanding of architecture and design industries is a plus.
